I'm hearing alot of mumbling about a possible waist to chest ground swell tomorrow from multiple sources. Anybody else hearing that too?

whats up man? As of this morning NOAA wavewatch III is showing a bit of straight east groundswell peaking out at 2' @ 12 seconds late tuesday and overnight into wednesday then fading.

My guess is that would be stomach high at the right spots on a higher tide no doubt..

Waist to chest tomorrow all day? I can't get into the water until 5pm, but I'll definitely check it.

That's what I'm trying to find out. I could use a good surf but hate to burn a vacation day for nothing. From what Mitchell says it looks like the swell fills in later in the day.

right, showing around 2 ft @ 12 in Delmarva, a little smaller in new jersey and a little bigger in the outer banks. Looks pretty minor, but could be a worth a look on the right tides.

    Oh ok, no worries!

Does anyone know if there will be swell tomorrow evening? I know dead low tide in MoCo will be about 530-6pm.

May I ask, which sources are you referring too, because every other source I have seen has it less than a foot.

Definitely. Hard west winds + cloud cover = f*ckin chilly. I was good in my hooded 6/5/4 for almost 3 hours, but I had chills the rest of the day. :)

wow sure hope you didn't take off - then again, there is a longboard-able bump to mess around on -- IF you know where to go
