honestly, a lot of the time, the person calling someone else a kook is the kook. u guys have been commenting on this all day and im and i was out getting pitted like theres no tommorow. and i went out and champed it out, didnt really hurt a lot until the end. what ever that guy said to put on helped too.

I took a look at your little youtube thing you have posted and it's cool that you can do a 360 on a bodyboard cause i can't. (I stand up to get my barrels) but by the looks of things that shoe fits you really well. kook

I'm guessing you tried the Body Glide. glad to hear it works. I swear by it. Agreed about the kook thing. Only kooks would lower themselves to namecalling. Some of us are serious about our surfing and maintaining it for a lifetime. some havnt figured it out yet.

Wear underarmor under your shorts or get some of those new shorts that go under your boardshorts. They resolve all or at least most board short chaffing. Also seamless stretchy shorts are awesome. Keep your wax fresh as well. Try surfing naked and you'll understand the importance of that one. Knee rash is a problem. I still get that. Maybe rubbing some softened wax into the knees would help. Body Glide may help for a little while but it will rub off on the deck just like sunscreen will, then you loose your traction. ..will have to continue to experiment.
