Slainte! Guinness for strength, Jameson for courage. Bulleit is pretty good bourbon and it's cheaper than some of the other premiums.
I've got some Midleton and it is damn fine, that's fo sho. Powers 12 year is supposed to be available in the States now too, but I've been unable to find it around here.
