As long as we are on the subject of cats and dogs, I have a theory..... The more pets a woman has, the more higher the chance that she is crazy. A woman with 2 dogs and 2 cats is not a woman you want to be in a relationship with.
Ever watch pet hoarding on animal planet? This one nut job at 80 cats in her house! 80!! Were not talking feral. She had them all living in her house.
Ok...b4 this thread gets way too off topic (which it already has) Don't get your panties in a bunch....the lifeguards are not the bad guys here...the Mayor closed the beaches and the lifeguards had to obey their orders...it's their job! And secondly, at the time when the citations were issued, it was really sloppy, disorganized and blown out, didn't really get ridable until after 5:30 anyway.... Just my two cents...
