Noob question, I know. t's my first season and my first winter.

I've read about this in winter suit threads.

What's wind protection? A special feature on a suit OR an additional garment? Or face goop?

If it's face goop, what's your favorite? They also say (whoever they are) that Vaseline is wicked bad for neoprene.

    Thanks

there is no need for face goop! as long as your suit is keeping you warm its fine. if its really cold the ice will form around your hood.
