Back in the day a few of the jetties at Sandy Hook were like that. You would get the **** beat out of you if you got caught. I can't tell you how many times I was lifted and thrown onto those mussel covered rocks clinging for dear life and trying to crawl to safety before the next one. Sometimes you made it sometimes not but it makes great memories now.

 

thats pretty nuts...those waves look sick but im not sure it would be worth breaking your board or body against that wall. theres gotta be another spot nearby thats breaking without the risk of getting hammered
