I use Da Bomb (234,000 scoville units) to make my sauce hotter. I like the flavor more than the heat though. We have a little dive bar near us called JW's, their wing sauce is really good!

I am all about flavor over heat but there are some really hot peppers that test good. I hate places the use pure capsaicin or extracts.

I grow everything from the viper on the scoville scale to the the sweet pepper.

I think I'm probably gonna make a purchase soon, do you have all the numbers of scooville units for each of your powders?

I wish there was an easy way to get the scoville for each powder. I did use the chart from Wiki and put my peppers in the range where they apply. The site is still a work in progress and this page is not listed on the site but it resides here...

I tried to use layman terms when describing the heat on the actually packaging. Almost everything is hot or greater and I consider Tabasco medium.
