Can anyone give me some good insight on who makes a good high performance egg shape? I can't seem to find any reviews.

Chickens make a great egg shape... I dont know if they use a shaping machine or not, but the dims are pretty spot on every time. Those cranes and ibises over in China and Thailand also have decent shapes, but I hear they dont know s**t about actually making the eggs...

No problem. There's always time for a cross curriculum surfing/ biology lesson.

Patagonia... or Fletcher Chouniard... makes a performance egg. Good luck finding one. Better off finding a custom shaper near you.

Agree w/ LB Crew, Chouinard makes a nice egg. If you really want to look at some "Cream of the Crop" eggs, go to the Mollusk shop in NY (Brooklyn) or log on to Mollusk Surf Shop dot com. You'll be stoked, I promise.
