    Don't know. I would imagine so. Even if they open the beaches I'm not 100% sure that all the needles are gone.

    Thanks New York Hospitals. All my local beaches closed. OC, Sea Isle, Strathmere, Avalon. I AM PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
