Yeah it sounds like your fins are to tight. I got the next size up for the winter time.
I think WB is always better. If you want to be disapointed go to CB. I live in CB and have to drive to WB to get real waves.
This is the best wave forcasting site I've found. Way better than surfline and it free. I'll spred the word.
