hey man with that bulliten you posted, dont listen to those guys there all a holes, a good place to learn to surf i think is delaware, I live in de and its much more mellow than OC. Indian river north side is a great place to learn in the summer because you will fit right in with the "learning" skill level group because half of the people there are on rental boards. Other spots where you dont have to worry about the skill level in the line up is tower road and the naval jetties......if uve got any further questions, just message me
