    Please, Please, Please stop hyping up hurricane swells. Just watch the forecast and make your own assumptions.

    yes.tropical storms are controlled by what people post on swellinfo forums

    As of the latest, many areas will see small to moderate southerly swells from this storm with the biggest surf being along the outer Banks. The track and strength of the storm over the next 48-60 or so hours will be most crucial, before it gets picked up by a strong SW flow and move quickly out to at the end of the week.

    Damn you Brett, you just had to make that little right turn last night. I had already informed my boss that I was going to be visiting my frined friend Brett in Salvo Thursday but guess I will save that vacation day.

    this storm has been an emotional rollercoaster....i just want a fat pig dog and i don't if this storm is going to allow for it yet...

    we had this same thing happen last year with a similar thread,i think,colin,and then we got waves,so,it ain't dead yet
