http://www.wunderground.com/tropical/ look at the section for North Atlantic..its the top one i believe. says there is the potential for tropical development to occur and come our way. this is good, correct? maybe some waves if it happens?
91 L isn't looking too impressive right now and is not expected to develop further over the next couple of days. we dont often see tropical storms form that far south.
Local news & weather channel have both said today that it could do something, although it is unusual for this time of year...I will keep praying!
oh yeah except im going on a 2 week surf trip to mexico and some other places so thats good for me but not for you guys.
mexico I was just in Sayulita Mex...depending greatly on where your going good luck finding good swell there in the summer....and I hope you speak spainish haha....good people however not too quick to tell u the honey holes...just like anywhere else...
Way too early for anything out the way to get its act together, upper level windshear is very fluid, consistent and fairly strong over that way and will tear apart any system that makes an attempt at firing up some more convection. If the rotation of the low passes through without any storm activity, I wouldn't doubt to see when it gets further west to possibly refire. The possibilities are very small in June. However with the water temps in the upper 80's along the southeast presently in mid June, if there was a low to develop it would feed very well off those waters.. They will drop a little though in the next coming weeks. Patience is going to be tough the next month or so, before we start to see the tropics start to mold together.
my sister is going with me and she's going to speak spanish and i know some good spots from looking on the surf travel company i'm going through.
