Best time to be at Ocean Drive @ Newport RI?

    I do not surf but would what do you guys recommend will be a good time to go and walk along the Ocean Drive sea wall in Newport RI. Sunday morning? when the storm is approaching?

    If it gets as bad as they are saying, I wouldn't be anywere near there until after this thing passes completely. There's always a handful of schmucks who get killed each season surf peeping. Just my recommendation.
