Dude you better post back or I'm going to spend the rest of my life wondering what ever happened to that guy who only posted 3 times

Just checked the cams in OCMD...it's erie seeing an empty line up out there. Maybe it's the hype or the fact I'm out in Tennessee right now, but this storm is giving me a bit of the hibbys. My hearts with all you guys back east.

Buildinggg, this no sandbar bull**** is killing Irene's wave hype. Was good this morning thru 1:30 but once it's hightide around 3 pm it's hard to find it good anywhere.

It's getting pretty powerful, tomorrow crack of dawn (fingers crossed) is going to be epic. Head high++ duno what the winds will due but if it's like this morning all I want is clean, barrels would be asking for too much.

As for this storm, I'm pretty confident the waters reaching every house on the beach or on a First Ave.
Just got out of the water and the beach is getting swallowed already.

I remember someone on here saying that with this hurricane hitting the shore it will create much needed sand bars.

Can anyone confirm this?? I've been relaying this all day to people and kinda have no idea if this information is true

Wow, I was reading on Stone Harbor's FB page that Atlantic Electric is prepared to cut power to the barrier islands to prevent fires. I'm hoping the storm's continued weakening will keep them from exercising that option.

So I tried to get out about an hour ago. I got just past the first breakers and then got leveled by the first wave. As it turns out you can't duck dive a 6 ft foam surfboard wearing a lifejacket. Then when I washed upon on the beach the police handed me a ticket...maybe tomorrow will be a better day if my mom doesn't take my surfboard away.
