water quality feature

    Im new to ca, but people keep telling me that after it rains you should surf for 72 hours. I haven't seen anything on this site, so if you do please point it out to me. You should install a water quality feature..

    Ya buddy. Give it 3days for all the bacteria to die in the ocean. When it rain all the built up oil, cigarettes butts n sweage get swept in the our beautiful ocean. But it's really up to u. Surf 3hour in storm surf n stay in hospital for a week not worth it. I think. You'll get some nasty stuff like MERSA, STAFF INFECTION, EAR N NOSE INFECTIONS. ALL HORRIBLE.

    yeah. if it rained more often it wouldn't be so bad, but this is first in many months so there has been a buildup of dog crap, dead possums and pennzoil. there'll be other days. winter is best season here....
