I'm in town for only one day and want to get a few waves in but my shortboard is left home. Anyone know of a shop that rents?

    Try the Longboard House

It'd be worth calling the Longboard House (http://longboardhouse.3dcartstores.com/ABOUT_ep_58.html)...as I believe they used to rent (at least several years back they did).

In any case, the inventory in that shop is worth the look...plus, across the intersection (heading North), you can get some of the biggest/best burritos that I've come across (only around $5, and definitely require 3 hands to hold onto).

No doubt about it. Longboard house will have a good selection of boards
