Have a 1 BR condo for rent in town Tamarindo Costa Rica. One block to ocean. It can sleep 4. There is a pull out queen couch and a king size bed. Pool in the gated complex. Skate park across the street. concete bowl. Great location in town. Walk one block to surf. You can rent a car in town and drive to Playa Negra( great right hand reef break, Avellanes ( reef and beach breaks as well as Lol's cantina on the beach with the pig that plays in the surf), up the beach is Little Hawaii( right reef break), walk or drive over to Playa Grande and surf beach break, alway bigger there than in Tamrindo, approximatly 1 hr drive to Nosara and 45 minute drive to Marbela( stand out big wave spot, barrels galore, if interested, respond to this thread.
oh dont forget the day trips to witches and ollies! I lucked out at ollies, 6-8 faces myself and the tour guide 6hrs strait... $$$$$$$$$$$$$ website or info?

It was $75 for the day, shuttle from tamarindo to playa de coco. boat to whitches or ollies. depending on tides one spot is better than the other.\r\n\r\nthere is a shop across from whitches rock surf camp in tamarindo, thats where i booked it. \r\n\r\njan should be ok, south swells light ollies up. chech the online reports... with the hard offshore it can get chilly in the lineup..\r\n\r\nbring beer with you for the ride back! they should have a cooler on the boat. bring a camera, tons off turtles on the way there and back.\r\n\r\n\r\n
It depends on the time of year. Anywhere from $350 per week to $1200 per week. Holiday times are usually the most costly. During the rainy season costs are usually lower.
