Contact Brain Wynn. A lot of shops will take in your board only to turn around and give it to him to repair. I think he is in somers point.

Plenty of them will do a good job--some outsource to Wynn others are in house. Inland shops like Sunrise in Cherry Hill do decent work, as well there are independents like B.C. Winn--Brandon's finishing work is incredible (he's on facebook), shapers like Wynn who do both and...never hurts to have your shaper (or his dingbat) fix your board (contact him via email), as well you have have guys on the board here like Greenlight that are right on the cusp of N/S Jersey (Manasquan). Jamie at Heritage does great work as well...Depending on where you live you have a lot of options...guess the real question is which beach town you live closest to or which one you frequent most often...

    Hope that helps a bit...

+1 on Jamie. He's done work form me on new boards with heavy glass and odd colors and matched it perfectly. He also tightened up a vintage hobie for me. All around amazing work.
