Pretty brutal Surf forecast....

yeah its not looking good.I had to go out in some knee high junk this morning..

march is usually good. it started amazing but has since fizzled....... sad face :-(

 

I'll give you a prediction. The only people that are going to be surfing are the ones that live close enough to walk, given current gas prices. Nice change.

 

Where I live, we can't sniff any SE swell for shiz. I had a fun time lastyear during March and esp. April, not looking good this year. At least the air temps are warm and I can preoccupy myself with other outdoor activities.

 

High pressure in control boys and girls, which means nice weather and nada surf. Time to bust out the skateboard, fishing pole, golf clubs, something... surf looks brutal for the next week.

 

Damn. just took a look at it. better go back to touching myself again....

 

got some nice knee/thigh high sets this morning..

 

just finished doing P90x, getting ready to do a couple things around the house, then going longboarding down a nice, long hill...I am thankful for that swell two weeks ago and my time in OBX last week, after going 3 months not being in the water I finally feel like I came back to life.

 

The cams actually looked pretty fun in NJ last night - about waist high, a little onshore, some fun sections for airs or closeout hacks. One of those days where I would have been on it if I lived closer. Oh well, I guess its time to finally get around to patching some dings on my RNF this week.

 

rhode island is looking rough in terms of forecast lol, nothing for a week out, sucks. after watching that rincon video posted the other day I really hope to get out west after I graduate this fall.

 

Florida has been damn fun the past few days! surf going from 2-3 occ 4

I scored sum good rides all week long! since Tuesday ! ... But sadly the run of surf ends . But next saturday it may be good again!

( im dreading the flat spell's of the summer comming soon)

 

Friday was really good! southshore of mass up to NH

 

but with the flat spells come the ladies. and its not always flat theres always a knee high wave it seems like. you just need to have the right boards and time it just right with a smaller swell. i on the other hand will take anything since i havent surfed since december due to having knee surgery and not being able to do anything till middle of april.

We did have a nice run down here in the Sunshine/Crazy State. Hopefully that summer flat spell isn't too long. It kinda sucks to go without surfing for a month and then the first chance you get nice hurricane swell when you are rusty.
