Great job everyone!, sometimes the waves I paint look like the waves that others are photographing and posting..strange. Its only a matter of time before I get a housing and will be in the water/with a camera and not my sponge. How long can you tread water? and is there room for more art in the surf/boogie culture?..to me they fit perfectly.
"Surf Photographers" are a dime a dozen. I'd say stick with the painting, it's way more unique. Saw one of the paintings you put up, way cooler than most photos people put up.
Both for me..I cant not get in the water eventually with a camera..been shooting to long and love the ocean to much. There are lots of ppl shooting in the water..good or bad I love it..more to view. Its like im building a memory bank of great waves to paint..Im just stoked that I can share it..and now im getting paid for it..Thanks for the job Ocean.
