Look at the wind forecast fellas. I don't see how it won't glass off with a little size either later on this evening or early Sat morning. Edisto buoy has been 6ft+ pretty much all day. Holden may be the ticket in the Grand Strand tomorrow. I'll be at Folly...
watch for the winds shifting around this afternoon as the new tropical depressions slowly moves up the coast. looks like offshore winds will move in for folly during the morning hours and then move into the myrtle beach area during the afternoon. keep an eye one it.
You might have some occasional fun swells, but for the most part ya want get that around here, head to the southern hemisphere and you won't be disappointed or head out this way and you might have a bit more to work with: http://www.swellinfo.com/surf-forecast/orange-county-california-north.html
I surfed this morning at the OIB pier and it was really fun. The sets were any were from waist to shoulder high with a light texture to it. towards the afternoon it became choppy with winds shifting hard east. nice call swellinfo
