Anybody know a anything about a Wilmington NC Shaper Allen Riggan? Bought a used 5' 7" Minni Simmons that he shaped. Took it out Sunday @ CB in waste high, disorganized, total washing machine crap to make sure it floated. Won't be able to try it again until Memorial weekend. I'm stoked.

If you're from CB you might know Robbie Johnson from SurfCarolina Mag. I'm sure he can lead you in the right direction or call Tony Butler at SweetWater in WB and he could most likely help you out.

Thanks wave rider. Did a Google search and got a little info on him. Has a blog. Will talk to sweetwater guys when I'm at WB. Don't think he's a high volume shaper but it seems like it will be a fun board.

I have a 5'6" Simmons that he shaped and it is an excellent board- just got lucky to find it on craigslist and decided to give it a go about 1.5 years ago. I have ridden it from knee crap to over head hurricane surf and it has exceeded my expectations in all conditions. I did some research to find his number just to give him a call and compliment him on the board.
