What is the reason for the extreme level of attitude along the southern west coast?

dude u shouldnt be surfing,u should be writing books!!i felt like i was reading the script for blue crush or something.as far as the snobby looks or whatever,it looks like u got em here.too much haten goin on.what ever happened to surfing for fun.over my days i realize there are assholes everywhere, not just in the water.when people act like that,u punch them in the face infront of all their boys, and they all run away and surf a different break.most surfers are *****s,like 98% of them.unless ur surfing with mexicans,or some other spanish crew,id be the one scared because they dont hold back.its no wonder why everybody hates the brazilians(hawaiins, ozzies, europe)they all say the brazilians are the worse.and think about it,they live in favelas back home where they have to steal and kill for theres.and if they are one of the retards who say locals only, punch them in the face, spit on them, and surf anyway.u think people get good at surfing surfing their local breaks?if u do,u are a kook.straight up.u dont get better surfing the same waves over and over.kelly wouldnt be world champ if he surfed florida his whole life.u have to travel if u want to progress

iv surfed just about every break in nj,and the locals always treated me great.even one time in the winter a few years ago i was in lbi,i hadnt much experience and 2 of the locals were persuading me to come out with them, said they would watch my back, etc.it was one of those days when the waves broke far out,and theres no turning back if ur not cool with the cold water,so i sat out and filmed them.they were cool people, wish i was still in contact with them.my other friend(who doesnt even surf) went to hawaii where the locals let him stay with him, even took him out at waimai on a small day on a boogie board, and he said he couldnt get on the outside because the whitewash wouldnt let him.now all u people on here would be like kook get out u dont belong here, but the hawaiins treated him like anyone else that gives resppect.

I nearly got hooked whitewater kayaking in BC. Did it on purpose...saw me coming down the creek...waited...waited and then cast directly at me. Bastard.
