the week looks pretty bleak, i know its summer but anything rideable is good for me. Anything in the forecast to come for atleast a possible 2-3 foot day?

Early in the morning with an incoming tide would be your best bet for a ridable wave. With a flat summer pattern like this, the only chance of quick windswell is from a hot afternoon with south winds, and the next morning DP might still hold a knee high logable wave with offshores. But other than that, go fishing!

Doubt it.....That's why i'm out to Oceanside CA this weekend to score some chest to shoulder action. Ahh my hometown...can't wait to see all my buddies.

Good luck here in NJ playing the waiting game.

Can't wait to get back out to SD. Going back in Sept. Hopefully I will score I did last year when I went in July surfed Lowers and churches and it was a blast. Soon I will be out there for good. Only thing that sucks everyone and their mother surfs in CA specially in the SD area.

    Lowers....great spot.

Yeah everyone does surf in SoCal.....Especially Oceanside.... It's def not like here in NJ. Although, I must say surfing def has picked up here on the east coast. And in a few more years it will be almost the same as there. Soo many people in the water these days. I think people are actually catching on to the surf craze here.

BTW - while you are there take a moment to notice how many women actually surf there it's insane....Then compare it to here.....barely none.
