Those posts are hysterical. I too noticed this meh girl and was baffled. However, I think the advertisement works. Look how much attention meh is getting....More attention than she ever had in her life. I may be the meh girl for Halloween next year and I won't even have to stuff my panties because I'm a dude.

I think I've solved the mystery. She must have tried to put a walnut in her coat pocket, but she missed and somehow half of it wound up in the strangest of places.
