I also like Sebastian inlet state park. I didn't know about Long Point, might have to check it out next time.

Ive camped a few times at Long Point where surfdog mentioned earlier and i would recommend it. Close to the beach, has a little diner at the entrance, and some pretty good facilities as far as showers go. You can walk across the street, theres also some fun spots to the north or the inlet to the south. Watch for the bugs

Check out the campground at St. Augustine Beach. Been a while but they have a nice uncrowded break there and you have something to do at night.

jetty park in canaveral is a nice park, right on the beach. its more of a longboard/sup/noob break but its just a few minutes north of cocoa and a short hop to satellite beach.
