So... TS barbara is in the pacific... but is projected to make it into the gulf and get some pep back. wondering if this could somehow make it all the way to the atlantic. at least the gulf might get some good surf out of it.
One can only hope, as long as she doesn't get too angry, but et's not jinx it before it gets going though
I hope there's no storms, no waves, cold water, ugly fat chicks, and Jersey tourons coming to my beach, in Jeebus' name, hay man.
You know you guys who bust on Jersey tourists in your southern locations?? Well, you guys get the nice, polite, sophisticated ones. Really, the ones who go to North Carolina are the cultured Jersey people. Scary, huh? You know we do have our own beaches with way more activities than anywhere on the east coast. The crazy ones stay right here in Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant or Wildwood. And this "Stronger than the Storm" ad campaign in Jersey is just bad mojo. Yeah, taunt mother nature. Good idea. You show mother nature respect, you don't tease it. But I guess that is typical Jersey style, huh? Two hits in two years(Sandy & Irene), what will the third year bring? And then they go and taunt the ocean.............
weather channel now going on about how the remnants of Babs might become the Andrea in the atlantic... yeah I just jinxed it for gulf surf! lol.
Swell info jinx are the reason the gulf has been neglected for so long. Stop it. A watched pot doesn't boil or something.
Watch out there might be something later next week east of Florida coast, at least that is what the extended forecast is saying...and yes, its only a forecast http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l31zyzD6gAE&feature=player_embedded
