I don't use wax. Just buy a pair of nonskid shoes. Or instead of eating your boogers you could wipe them on your board and use that as wax I garuntee you the people who would take your kook-torial to heart probably wear rash guards out to the bar or church ( im not talkin about a surfshop rash guard either im talkin about the ones u see people buy at wings) and boxers underneath board shorts.
Brilliant!!! Can't wait to check out the video in 1080p! Post a link when you get it up. Btw, didn't I see you the Lowers raid video?
Wax your board normally, let sit in sun for about a half hour, take 2 hands full of sand and rub on the deck of board and your ready to go surfing, promise you will not slip a bit.
Don't do this unless you are going bare back. You don't want sand anywhere near your rash guard and/or wetsuit--it's dirty. Plus, make sure you have large particle sand with small pieces of shells mixed in and always be sure to maintain full nipple contact.
Stop messing with this guy...he needs some real feedback. Melt down about 200-300 bars of wax into a bucket. Then just pour it onto the board. This is the only way to get a perfect layer across the whole board.
agreed- a nice coat of wax over the whole board- sometimes if you have a bathtub or something- you can pour the melted wax into there and dip your baords...
...and always remember that cold water wax will work in warm water, but warm water wax sucks in cold water.
Can you guys be more specific? I followed his instructions but I ended up with my d*ck glassed into the board and a gallon of melted wax in my butt crack.
I wax the bottom of my board so I can still ride when I "accidentally" don't land my kickflips correctly.
Although this post is very insightful, what I really want to know is: What is the best way to tie my shoelaces? Perhaps you can, um, put some bullet points together for me on that one.... PS - Sticky Bumbs Cold Water is made of Soylent green. Which is.... PEOPLE!!! ITS PEOPLE!!!!!!!
