Agreed! wtf That happened to me every single wave one day. Finally I just dropped in and aimed for his knees

I hate when I let a good wave go because I'm being nice and trying not to take every wave, and no one goes for it.

Not really the wave...but I hate the change out of wetsuit in the winter. Seems like the only time I ever feel frozen.
Paddle out on a really rough, drifty day. Exhausted by the time you finally make it outside.

It's not the waves fault that I don't know what I'm doing. Always learning, if there are waves in Galveston to learn on.

    1. Catching the first wave of a set because the lull was too long, kicking out because it mushed out... and seeing walls getting ready to rain down on your head. Very fustrating.

2.+1 LBCrew. Coming off the Jetty treadmill on a winter day and getting caught by a bomb. Fustrating and painful

    3. Just painful and for your viewing pleasure-

I hate the 23 footers in Jerz, it takes too long to get down the face!! I prefer the 1 to 2 footers that the skimmers are on

Have most other neutral colors but not white. May be a good idea to score one as it probably enhances the appearance of the tan. We could probs get a 2 for 1 deal on SwimOutlet or something. Then we'd each have our team uni on.

When a solid ten foot wave breaks right in front on you and you have to try to duck dive the near impossible to make it through wave. Oh yeah add 38 degree water with 30mph hard offshores and you life sucks. Not to mention if you caught inside on a big day life can really suck.

The part of the wave that holds you down after a wipeout. I really do t like that part.

Similar vein to the winter paddle outs.....when for whatever reason, you're enduring a real long paddle out and getting caught (either when it's real big and short period, or you're tired from the session and can barely make it back out, or at breaks that make you paddle through 1/4 mile of whitewater at low tide), and you think that you've finally made it, the rogue set comes and sends you back inside for more.
