help with frontside air reverse air

    So im trying to perfect one of my moves.. I do it on big waves not NC small ones.. its tough though.. anyone got advice.. r. What i do is I From the middle of the wave bottom turn up the face gradually, projecting your board at a 30 to 45 degree angle off of the curling lip. Make sure to conserve your speed through the bottom turn. Keep your eyes focused on the part of the lip you are about to launch off. Stay low through your bottom turn, and aim for the steepest part of the lip.
    like i said, its a progress work but as the say, no pain, no gain!!

    Try to visualize the lip being a foot or so higher than it is, so when you hit the imaginary top, you are in the air. Landing it is a whole nother story. It's not the long fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop. Try to land on foam or a gradient section, the flats will hurt. I don't skate anymore ( too old and beat up), but my buds who do practice airs with their Sector 9s. Punk asses. The only airs I catch anymore are by accident. Sometimes I surprise myself and land one - I call it the Spaz Air.
