Very cool. Thanks for this. When I have moments like this with my kids the kudos go to my Dad for putting me on the planet. (and a little help from my wife, and well, I guess I was involved too, at least at the very beginning lol). PS - My daughter said the water's too cold!
As always great video Ryan, reminds me of the days I brought my son surfing at that age...twenty something yrs. ago, cherish these days they go by quick. My son and I still travel and surf all the time together and its great.

Surfed with my daughters Saturday. It's amazing what kind of tone it sets for the rest of the day. By far, one of the most enjoyable things in my life. My oldest had her best ride of the season so far on Saturday. Paddled back out with the hugest smile, and gave me the quick shaka when no one was looking (have to maintain the cool factor.)
Real sweet video. She looks like she'll be asking for a board pretty soon. Always said the mountain and the ocean kids have the best chance of not ending up on a 'faces of meth' slideshow.
Cool video. I tried to get my kids into surfing years ago, but their early experiences were more tramatic than pleasant (bad shore break, me not be very experienced the kids not having confidence in the ocean etc.). They both ended up getting hurt by the hard board and fins and wouldn't ride with me again. Fast forward 5 years. Kids are now 13 and 16 and we just got back from San Diego vacation. Entered a surf school and the kids had wonderful time...got up a few times and really enjoyed it. My son is now excited to go surfing with me in OCMD/Deleware/Asseteague this weekend coming up.
