The Worst People to Surf Around

Is 1st street possibly THE worst place to learn how to surf? I feel like if you grew up surfing 1st Street you can surf anywhere. With all the terrible conditions we put up with there, the first time we surf a glassy, head high hollow wave on some deserted beach in the tropics is absolute nirvana

 

Honestly, if someone acts like that at a break here then I know a bunch of dudes that will snap the person's board for being a ****.
