Some awesome surf out here today, chest to shoulder high peaks, and tested my extremely thick 7 mil suit. It actually wasn't that bad, it was unnecessary, but I didn't die from overheating as the water was about 61 degrees. It was actually fairly.stretchy. I'll stick to my 3/2 for awhile until probably November, then ill throw the fur coat on. Just never used a suit that thick before. Anyone else take Gabrielles gift of waves for granted?
I couldn't get out of work in time tonight, but swung by the beach to check it out. They were a good size, but a bit sloppy and disorganized. Tomorrow thru Sun is looking perfect. Here's to surfing good waves for the next four days or so! Glad the 7 mil didn't kill ya. 3/2 should do the trick.
I got out tonight, but I was wearing boardshorts, and my nuts were really comfy. Chest to shoulder, a little choppy on the face, but you won't hear me complaining. I had a f$&kin' blast, so it's all good!
