Hahaha! Hopefully with a little fanning/misting, fresh air exchange, and light exposure, you'll get a solid pinset and be harvesting fruits two weeks later:cool:

Unfortunately the density of the blank really defines the board and the ride you end up with. This is the reason why Clark Foam is so sought after. Surf Blanks has been one of the only comparable blanks to Clark Foam.

Believe it or not it truly is a real art form in pouring these blanks. The mix has to be dead accurate and the process of pouring a certain way into the mold has to be right too. There's a handful of guys who travel the globe teaching the correct way to do it.

There's a lot of greener ways and recyclable materials they use to build eco friendly blanks some expensive some cheaper, but its the correct density that's just not there. Sure it makes for new and different ways to build blanks but as of yet they just aren't comparable to the good ol polyurethane pour.

don't know why, but I kinda get the feeling this stuff is probably on the heavy side for a surfboard...but if the weight and flex characteristics are right, why not? Fun Guy surfboards.

If they can make them cheap, they'd be the perfect board for traveling (and leaving it there to avoid return oversize luggage costs)

Yo ya keep putting your site n videos which is great but where's the board?.... Sure ya made one for the big show unavailing n never saw a pict?... Ya I looked for video. Did anyone stry to shape one at the show? Ya want to pump your stuff yet where is it?....great for packing tv's but ya never answer questions, even on site. Great ambitions yet no follow through with info. Anyone can shake hands, anyone can stroke. Ya want to sell your stuff? Answer stuff not promote. Prove it! Or not. Sure ya will get rich in packaging. I bet ya still ride a foam core or woody. Great ambichins! Either step up or out. I just can't get a straight answer from ya all. Till then I'll fill my wall or the landfill.
