lol @ RoyCharles comment....yeah I said I agree with all the blown calls.... way too many, this is something the NFL needs to address. But, when one wins due to someone else's negligence, that's just wrong.

The Jets aren't in the toilet man their 3-3 .500 And the D isn't bad. Still a lot of football to be played. You know I actually think the Jets will win this week. I think Brady and gang will get a rude awaking...or the exact opposite of what i just said....lol Either way like you said a heated game regardless...will be fun to watch.

Believe it or not but I am not a Rex Ryan fan, he needs to go! He's a great defensive coordinator, but a horrible coach.

As playing in Jan. I think the pats *could* take the div. but will get man handled in the playoffs. There just not the same team anymore.

Brah, faces change but the story remains the same. They are all that is good in sport. You have to respect what they stand for and achieve. Schitt, our two teams are like effed up incestuous family trees not only in player personnel but also sidelines and front office!!!

Never said Rex was the consummate head coach. Just a guy you and I would SWEAT the opportunity to throw some back with. You know that bastard would paddle into ANY wave. Keep him away from your 5mm booties though...

haha have fun. all though it's not too much fun losing away and soaked! lol...

Can you imagine what it would be like if no penalties were reviewed? Players could do whatever they wanted. I guess we agree to disagree. But, I feel especially in a game winning situation..it should absolutely be reviewed. You know as well as I do that was a hold and IF it was called like it should have been, your Patriots would have lost. Whether you feel the hold was minor or not, it was a hold. The rules are the rules, but sometimes they work against you.

On a side note... No Wilfork or Amendola this week. Good luck! Powell is gonna run all over you guys..

That's pretty much the case currently. Only exception are for non-judgement calls (i.e. 12 men on the field).

Making judgement calls reviewable is akin to reviewing balls and strikes in baseball, I think that's a slippery slope.

And, no, I don't know they would have lost had a hold been called. There was still 5 seconds on the clock, plenty of time for another shot at the end zone.

Well I can't argue with that. Brady has been known to pull that sort of stuff off. (mainly why i hate the man). It is what it is...I just would have liked to see him get pushed back a few yards and try it again.

Missed that you hate Rex somehow.

I mean I hate him, but I feel like I would kind of love him if he were my team's coach. I agree that he's offensively challenged though. Anyone who stuck with Mark Sanchez for so long must be.

No Amendola will hurt, but Collie looked pretty good in a small sample size last weekend. Similar player. Now I'm sure, given his history, he will be concussed to the moon within a few weeks, but hopefully Amendola will be back by then

Yeah Rex has left a bad taste in my mouth for some time. It all started in that AFC championship game a few years ago. Jets needed 1 yard to score and advance to the SB. They end up throwing 4 incompletes to lose. You mean to tell me with 1 yard to go and you throw it 4 times instead of running it at all? What a dumb ass. Plus how laxed he is, players do basically whatever they want, with no real discipline. Yeah like a circus...

Don't even get me started on Sanchez....dude needs to cut his hair and move on. He will be a free agent soon anyway...

Yeah, no Wilfork and Amendola will hurt. If the Jets have any chance at winning...this may be the week.

    ...and Jerod Mayo...

I think your Jets are going to do fine this week. We all have different opinions about Rex Ryan, but I think we can all agree on one thing: he hates the Patriots. You know that Rex will have that team fired up for this matchup. Afterall, it could be one of his last games against his buddy, Bill. He's got the talent to do it and he has homefield advantage.

    24-20 Jets

Nice! yeah I forgot about Mayo. Rex will get everyone fired up that's for sure. Home field advantage will play a big part this game. The 12th man will make things unbearable.

    Go Jets!

Defensive talent, certainly, but that offense is a joke. I don't see anyway the Jets score 24. If the Jets win, it's 13-7 or something like that.

    Pats 24, Jets 13

I'm by no means a Jets fan - trust me. While I do believe last year's offense was a joke, I think that their offense this year is considerably a lot better and definitely underrated...for obvious reasons. I truly believe that they are on the cusp of great things in New York. Until then, they are a true "roller coaster" team - you don't know which team you're going to get: the one that beat the Falcons in Atlanta or the one that gave the Steelers their first win.

Bottom line is that they're coming off a loss to a win-less Pittsburgh squad and they were just a field goal away from tying things up IN Foxboro earlier this year. New England's defense is hurting and the Jets have homefield advantage.

Yeah the Jets D is pretty good. The O is what I am worried about. But, the last game was super close 13-10 and the Jets D had Brady frustrated pretty much the whole game. I think the Jets are gonna get after Brady and keep him in check. Plus Powell's gonna run run run.

    Jets 17-13
