For those of you who reside in the dumdum state tomorrow will be the day for good surf! Still a blown out right now (Wed morning) but the wind is supposed to back of this afternoon/early evening making it clean for tomorrow morning. Might be a tad smaller but should be pretty good! So today at work you may start to feel like you are getting sick or possibly even eat something bad for dinner. Lice and blowing mud are always a sure shot!
Going to Pumphouse or Ocean Reef early if anyone wants to paddle out. Incoming high tide, shoulder to head high sets, no crowds, a bit sharky. PM me. Jupiter Inlet at high tide was the call for the last 2 days of windchunks. Nice to be going vertical on a shortboard again.
Cant do it in the A.M. sissurfdog, gotta work, I plan on paddling out this afternoon, hopefully it wont be too windy...have fun and be careful.
It is waist high and not worth playing hookey. Once again led astray by the vaunted surf reports. If I sound bitter it is because I am. Until the next session. Maybe I am already jaded by the overhead chunks we got the last two days. I don't want to even look at my longboard again until May.
Not so bad in Charleston/Folly, apparently. Too bad I won't be back in the states until tomorrow night.
Scored it fun this morning on the Treasure Coast. Winds are back on it now. Yesterday was bigger and better.
Dawn patrol til 11 at Cocoa pier. Really fun and super clean. Had some head high drops from way outside that would reform all the way in. One of the better days this year. Wish I could have stayed out all day.
It was fun before work this morning off Dam Neck. Rainy and lots of dolphins in the line up chasing bait fish. Tried to recall some of the excuses from the other thread to stay out and not go in to work. Afternoon looked like it might have been fun too, but I got off work late. Don't much like Standard Time.
