I'm 59 years old. I learned to body surf with my twin brother and father at around 6 yrs old, then went to blow up rafts, which you had to rent at Philips Ave, and ride in on your knees try to stand, get smashed into sand bar. Finally got on a surfboard at age 12(would've been 11 years old but got appendicitis that summer), and that was it. Endless Summer was premiered at Elberon Surf Club one night and I've been married to surfing ever since. Still surfing, still loving the vibe. Surfing is a time machine for me, how about you?
