I am going back and forth between two different Carver Skateboards. My friend has a C7 fort knox model that I absolutely love. Closest thing to surfing out there, by far.

However the new CX truck looks quite interesting. Post demo: I thought it was a little more crisp but less surf-y.

    Is that the case?

Any personal reviews between the two?

    Thanks for the help

From what I understand it's the 1st one that had the C7 front truck. I bought mine online and pulled it out the box and didn't have to adjust anything, just started skating

Carvers are sweet I rode them before and there tons of fun, very loose trucks which make for good sharp turns

I love the Knox model, but it has more to do with the C7 truck than the deck. I also put two more spacers on it because I kept rubbing the wheels really badly.

It all depends on what you're going for.... on a different tip, the ...Lost surfskate is pretty fun too and a completely different concept.

Think the cx has a slightly less extreme of a turning radius and no thrust bearing. My thought is that the cx truck was for someone wanting to do more hp park skating while still having a surfy feel. I like carvers but prefer skating a regular deck in the park.
