Got ice and snow off my car at 7 today im 12 degree air temps in new jersey. The thought of waist high waves with 15 mph off shores had me gromming. But guess what...its basically flat. SI isn't to blame cuz there's supposed to be small swells in the mid Atlantic today, but for some reason (high tide isn't helping) there's no waves in moco. Sorry for wasting a thread on this but maybe I saved some people a drive of disappointment.

I tried editing the "im 12" to "in 12 degree air temp" 3 times but its not updating. Another wasted post.

Same here... Looked at it early, but the tide was too high and it just wasn't breaking. Waited for the tide to drop and by then it was really small, and really fast. You could have probably gotten in the car and drove for a half hour and found a ridable wave somewhere, but I passed...

I went out later in the day and there were some fun occasional waist high waves

By the looks of Surfline's latest feature it looks like you guys are scoring up there?!

Damn sure better up there then here in FL. (that stands for Florida but also could stand for FLAT!)
