New nearshore buoy off fire island- 44094

    Why isnt the buoy linked to Long Beach this new buoy rather than 44066? I feel like it's far more accurate for what we'd be seeing in our locale. Can the admin chime in?

    Thanks for letting us know about this new buoy.
    We can go ahead and add this to the buoy data map and make it the default buoy for some of the Long Island locations.

    Okay, 44094, has been added, and it is also the new default buoy for Fire Island.
    Looks like some swell filling in for you guys this afternoon.
