i first heard about the snowboarding game Stoked for the xbox on one of these boards. For a while their website has been nothing but a teaser video, but they just updated it into a real website. I have to say that I am stoked. Of course, I'll have to play it to believe it, but it really seems to capture the essence of riding a mountain. Now if only they'd make a surfing game like that..
I haven't heard much about Stoked, but I just saw commercials for Shaun Whites new game and that looks pretty sick. Not sure how it compares to Stoked tho...
they did make a surfing game called transworld surf, but it was only for the old xbox. It was kinda lame and got very repetitive, but it got me throught the flat spells of summer. They do need to make a new one though.
best surfing game ever? CALIFORNIA GAMES for NES you work those aerials and when you wipeout a shark rips you to shreds, like in real life!

the people that made tony hawk came out with a kelly slater game a few years back that was pretty fun , now they need the people who created skate to make a new surfing game , for dayslike today when its 35 windy as hell and flat
The best surfing game is sunny garcia. or if u can still download it off Cnet, championship surfer. Both are pretty addicting. And your totally right about california games, that game was tight. But what the hell was up with the first level being all about bouncing a hackysack on your head?
