I don't know if I'm ready guys. I've been training daily since 2010 when I became a member of SI and first heard of Belmar. Here's what I've been doing. Someone tell me if I'm ready yet. I start off my day running 26.2 miles for a warm up. Then I take a vigorous 45 mile swim. After that I wrestle giant squid, holding my breath in 2 hour increments. Then it's off to the bench press for at least 8 sets of 6 reps at 425 pounds. I've been at this since 2010, do I have the stamina and strength for a Belmar session? Being a southern boy, I've always dreamt of the day I charge 5x overhead Belmar.
Seldom, if I paddle out far enough from da rock, can you pick me up? Also Im thinking of bringing my own bench press down too, so I can relax with some 400lb reps inbetween sessions....
Man, you've definitely been putting the work in...since the sand filled in the reef I think you're good. If you get in a bad situation I'll grab ya with the ski. Absolutely, just hang out with some kinda light and I'll scoop ya, we'll put the bench and weights on the sled, then we'll go scoop baddy. Since there will be two of us, we can even do some warm up sets on the way.

I'm gunning up the posse from S. Florida. Were gonna chase swell all the way from Juno Pier to Cocoa to OBX to VaBch (for the one hour power session) and will be at Belmar for sunrise July 4. Bringing a few wayward Jerzy girls who got lost down here during spring break, got thrown out of rehab in Delray, and need a ride home to The Shore. Will fly a ginormous banner of J. Lo's a$$ to let people know we have arrived, and will release some drones to film the carnage. See yaz.
