Board Sell ?

    Where's the best place to sell used surboards? I really don't wanna get ripped off by a surf shop..

    Really? Have you heard about that place called the internet. Call them up and ask if you can sell your boards at the internet.

    Oh thanks man for some reason i haven't heard of that before... Haha Nah but fo' real tho. Craigslist (which i've tried) and other forums like this? I mean what else is there?

    Ebay, people do local pickup only auctions as well as the shipping stuff. The perk of that being that you can set your actual price and people might fight each other to pay you more, rather than having Craigslist azzhats low balling you and wasting your time coming to your house then not buying.

    True about Ebay, but that can be a tough place to sell a board. Also true that Craigslist is a big sh!t-show. What are you trying to sell anyhow? You looking for another board? If so, try going the trade-in route with a local shop or shaper

    Sweet Thanks man! And yeah trying to thin out the quiver. I have 3 shortboards that i barely ride and i'd like to swap em out and get a new one for a trip i'm bout to go on. But thanks for the advice!

    Dude- it's all about craigslist- if you put your boards up there for a good price, it will sell... Just put it up for 'best offer'

    It's the only way to go...

    Craigslist. Bought two boards this summer, fair prices and no hassle. I was upfront in emails and I got two nice boards for a good price.
    Just sold a Hobie fishing kayak on CL too.
