thanks, creek is ok, they had a hard time with south because some power lines got knocked down from the ice storm, meaning they coudln't make snow for awhile or have lights on. souths open now wiht pretty much one way down, they are blowing on bear, granite is not open. the conditions are good because of the fresh snow from friday, but we'll see what happens after tomorrows rain

and i am less than 30 minutes from creek

Yeah, I pretty much only go to Blue in the Pocono area. Creek gets too packed and too annoying. Blue has really stepped their game up in the past 3 or so years... their park improved 300% and they are cheaper than Creek.

Let's get a 'SwellInfo' group to go boarding!! ... or not

if you live near the pocono mountains then go to big boulder

its the best park ive ever ridden and it was rated like top 5 on the east coast by transworld snowboarding magazine. its pretty cheap too

HaHaHa, I get to snowboard everyday!!! Not only that, but i get to snowboard insanely deep powder all day everyday!! Really though, I have ridden about 35 days this year already. Got the snowmobile running!!! So when i wake up my only delima is weather or not i want to waste the gas going out to the backcountry, or weather i want to go shred the resort.

So while u guys are out scoring surf (trust me, I am super jelous), I'm out dropping cliffs, shralping pillow lines, and hucking myself of backcountry booters. Its a tough life but someone has to do it.

P.S. it dumped 16 inches last night!!! Time to bust out the sled!!!!!

I hear ya bomber, riding the sled sucks!!! Can't tell you how many times i have gotten my sled stuck and cursed the name of whoever invented snowmobiles!! But I'm snowmobiling to the tops of mountains way out in the backcountry, then getting dropped off at the top and snowboarding down.

TALK ABOUT POWDER!!!!! Dude, there are days out here in the backcountry where you cannot even ride because the snow is over your head!!! So dude if you wanna shred some real pow, (hate to break it to you, but there is no powder on the east coast), keep your sled and move to colorado!!!

just went to big boulder last week for my first time, and i had a season pass at bear creek last year, and i must say im never going back to bear ever again. boulder is cheaper and park is so much better, o and they actually get real snow so thats a big plus. they got about 10 inches when i was up there last week.
