I live in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on VB-OBX, and use several, trying to land in the middle with a consensus decision. Any others not included here you find valuable? - this one here - surfline - MSW - easternsurf - obxsurfinfo.com
I'm in NJ and I started by using msw, surfline, and si.... After giving all an equal shake, si just seemed to be more accurate for my area. So I stuck with it. This may or may not be the case for you.
I found out about this site during one of my trips to the EC. The SI forecast never failed me. I started using it to forecast the West Coast and my Mexico trips, and found SI to be generally better than the others...particularly Surfline. It's because of this consistency, along with the not-so-friendly banter among its posters, that make me stick around.
Fuk MSW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SI rules it all!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and OP use the damn search feature. Yankee is right there are a dozen other threads about this same subject.
Since you're a boring human being who is dedicated to being redundant as well as obnoxious, with a smattering of ignorance just to keep surprising yourself with 'new stuff' that you 'discover' (such as your bellybutton), here's your assignment: listen to gitcarter AND spicoli; spend an hour or two locating the 'search' function on this Forum. Then....ready....ready....? Search! It will all be shiiites & giggles for you from there sparky.
Dude that is Yankee being very nice. You don't want to make Yankee angry, you would'nt like Yankee when he's angry.
This is very true. NOAA nearshore wind forecast for anything non tropical in source will tell you all you need to know for EC swells. Lets be honest 99% of what we get is wind swell not ground so the nearshore wind forecast will tell you what the weather will do then you just go to know what that means at your break.
You qualify, elipticalAnus, you totally qualify as waynetheinsaaaane bait. Don't worry he'll bring the duct tape & the little orange ball-tether for that strangely-shaped, nut-sucking thing you call your mouf.
