Controversial T-Shirt Idea?

Cool idea. My father-in-law is a stand up fella, so I couldn't join in on the fun.

 

Laird shot the pier at Da 'Bu on a sup. It would be nice to be able to swat at guys trying to drop in on you. can't do that prone.

 

The number of people googling the word "prone" while driving behind you will be Staggering.

 

Kind of already been done by a fellow in Rincon.

i was watching them sup the big ones downbeach today...slow, clunky, kinda like taking the
subway instead of driving a sports car...and good luck with us surfer dudes finding you in time
when you bonk yourself...cause its not likely....

 

I don't hate suppers like I don't hate spongers,but I don't like them.nothing wrong with what they are doing,other than getting in the way.its like comparing baseball to football,they both use balls but completely different sport.i think sups should be reserved for lakes and bays,and spongers in the shorebreak.I like to surf normal going up and down the wave,being able to control your board.u cant do that on a longboard,sup,or sponge.sure u can angle yourself to turn but its half azz.im borderline 6ft tall and the boards I ride are like a half foot shorter than me.i have maximum control so I know exactly where im going on the wave.

theres a few really good suppers like laird,gerry,raimana,a few.
theres a few good spongers also
but I feel the same way with spongers and sups as I do regular normal surfers that crowd up my spots.i lost a lot of really good breaks over the last 5 years

The shop under calypso at marias beach. I talked to the guy at length about it and how he had to get a bunch of cease orders of people trying to copy it. This was about 3 years ago.

 

The segway one is great, as is the janitor one. But kpd has a point about the vernacular usage.

 

You'd be facing off with the driver of the windowless white van on that one, liampadre.

I dont understand why you'd get sh!t for that? Thats like chicks getting mad at you for wearing a shirt that says "end women's suffrage"

 

ending apartheid in SA is politically popular, other countries, not so much.......

 

i guess the t-shirt should say "dont end women's suffrage"....whoops.
