So my punk ass landlord threw my surfboards out. I have never felt such sorrow and disgust at the same time. I was feeling lethal, on the verge of frenzy, Unfortunately, legally there's next to nothing I can do to hold this dude accountable. I was completely shocked at the audacity of this dude to take the one thing away that brings one so much escape and happiness.

What are some of the best ways to make this pricks life a living nightmare without getting into legal trouble?

    Bottles in da club

    BigWorm, that sounds messed up.

    Why did he do that?

    That would help determine...

Stored them in the common area of our building, I live in the city, tossed them because he thought they belonged to a former tenant. Never bothered to contact me regarding the the boards. When I asked him to check if they were in another part of the building, his response consisted of the following; "As a courtesy we will check to see if they are being stored". Total prick.

The building was secure, the neighbors were totally cool with it, the boards were not a safety hazard, they were stored in the common area to minimize any dings as they had to be lugged three flights of stairs. If he would have been doing his job, he would have removed them at first sight as they were being stored in the same spot for an extended period of time.

I also believe in ethics, hence would never jack anyone's quiver.

All you gotta do is up your poker game and Bogeton gives you a sweet pardon. Don't want that wolfhound ruining an otherwise good AC trip.

First. never store your boards in a common area unless its your own house. People always ask: Why dont you put your boards in the garage. Its just sports equipment. I keep my boards in my house. They're safe, create good energy and they're expensive. Not to mention hand shaped art work. As far as the landlord. You could consider them stolen by him and press charges for theft. Their are some ethics around this. He should get them back. Get the Hui on him. Was the last tenant also a surfer?

I'da left my kids in a common area before my surfboard. A good board is hard to come by, but children are spit out thousands of times a day, and hardly any are good.

End your lease, move out. On the very last day, take a massive upper decker. Like, get some taco bell and leave it out for a few days, then eat it. That kind of upper decker. Anyways, crank the heat, close the window, and walk out of there like a boss.

Next level? Tell the local crackheads that there is $500 worth of copper pipes in the walls and the back door doesn't lock (unlock the back door...)
