Anyone else get out there in LI? Thats where I was from first light til 20 mins ago. Super fun little head dips and some sections for shwacking. Didn't get any pics sadly. Will post later. Right now I'm sitting in my car waiting for the tide to be right again. Livin the good life. Sunrise was blinding but beautiful.
Not ditch plains but I was out on LI. Really fun waves. Long lefts. This one might of been over hyped a bit, but I had I feeling it wasn't going to be huge. Good swell to say the least
Ya I agree, a little over hyped. MTK seeing more size, going by what my buds are telling me. They are out at Robert Moses today. Bout to meet up with them soon.

Nice. Caught some fun 2 1/2 - 3 foot nuggets of Folly this a.m. From around 6:45 to 9. Headed back out after work until dark. High tide is at 5 so hopefully the ocean giveth a little while longer thereafter...
Is that at that beach that has those crazy old military look out posts? If so, I surfed there a few times. Super fun and was always empty
