There are going to be cases here and there. That is normal, thanks to people traveling abroad and poor quarantine from controlled facilities. It has been popping up intermittently over the years: http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dvrd/spb/mnpages/dispages/Fact_Sheets/Ebola_Fact_Booklet.pdf
It is a serious virus, but is far from a global population reducing plague. On a positive note, it looks like a couple companies have been experiencing some success with possible vaccines. Sad that it had to become a major outbreak before they would push to get that out. Big pharma doesn't give a sh1t about Africa, as there is little money to be made.

A kookmo. Effing up your set rocking a pink short sleeved suit whilst giving you awkward winks and uncomfortably long stares. Don't know if you should be flattered or chase a shot of tequila with a shot of penicillin and a hot shower.

I predict that people will continue to predict the end is near.

Texas would gladly leave the US if given s chance. I did time there (not prison) in the chairforce. Austin should be moved if Texas gains it's independence as it is totally different than the rest of the state.

I've heard this elsewhere, care to elaborate. Also, maybe we could keep Big Bend NP in the Union.

Texas leaves US, our economy is on it's knees in 6 months flat. They are essentially carrying us at this point (cali is failing as we all know), and businesses are leaving the Northeast/NY tri-state/cali in droves to head down there. Something about making money is appealing for businesses apparently, go figure. 13th largest economy on the planet if they became a country tomorrow.

So, to any of the nay-sayers of texas being some uncivilized bastion of hopelessness, enjoy the soup lines if they B-line to independence. We will 100% be pleading for their return by the end of 2015.

That being said, they aren't leaving, at least not for a while, too many variables. They are making BANK poaching businesses from the rest of the country. Give it time.
